The Twilight Zone Premiere
The "Premiere" issue of Now Comics anthology series inspired by the television series The Twilight Zone. This first issue features an adaptation of Harlan Ellison's original teleplay for the episode Crazy As A Soup Sandwich.
This edition of the comic, titled The Twilight Zone Premiere in the indicia, features a front cover with half of Neal Adams wraparound art (the full cover appears on the Premiere/Prestige Edition) along with Crazy As A Soup Sandwich and Ellison's introduction "Riding The Daymare." It is published on standard comics paper. This edition was distributed to newsstands, hence the UPC symbol on the front page.
This edition features a three page letters page titled "Enter... The Twilight Zone" which talks about the delays in publication of this edition of the comic and features a preview of The Twilight Zone #2. The last interior page features a Now Comics publicity page which promotes this issue and the many formats it is being released in. The inside front & back covers, and back cover, all feature full page ads for Now Comics publications.
