Foreword, Grey

The "Foreword" to the first American translation of Yoshihisa Tagami's science fiction manga Grey. In the forword Ellison discusses the malevolent, AM, that he wrote about in his short story "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream," specifically as it relates to the planet controlling computer Toy in Tagami's Grey. He talks about how ideas have life and can travel all over the world, inspiring other ideas and other stories as they go, and how Tagami has taken these ideas of an all powerful computer and weaved them into his own thoughts on control and caste systems.
